SafeTouchTM is a unique antimicrobial coating which can be applied to all substrates printed at Oriel. Our unique silver technology has been successfully tested against over 50 common organisms such as MRSA, E.coli, Salmonella, Listeria, Pseudomonas and Aspergillus Niger.

SafeTouchTM is designed for controlling the growth of bacteria and fungi on substrates without affecting the colour or transparency. This specialist coating inhibits the growth of bacteria by up to 99.9% over a 24 hour period and this technology can be widely used in health services to help fight superbugs. SafeTouchTM safely inhibits microbial growth and will last the lifespan of your product.

SafeTouchTM antimicrobial coating also has a unique security additive which provides additional peace of mind when used in conjunction with our proprietary detection devices. This covert taggant not only verifies that your product is treated with SafeTouchTM but also guarantees that you are receiving a genuine quality product, perfect for brand security!
